Swoops down deftly

To pluck this earth-fish in its claws?

Which doomsday flare

Towers up into an inferno

To torch and set this planet ablaze?

Which unruly air

Works up to a devastating wind

To upturn the innocent world?

Which noble matter

Out of fancy for the creation

Turns this earth to a mustard seed ?

Who knows

What amazing celestial events

Are hiding behind this

Cosmic curtain?

As the veils of time slowly unveil

Who can tell

What sublime empyreal

Universal designs by the

Unfathomable unknown would unfold?
