Let me tell you things

That I did not share with anybody before.

Pray nobody else;

It would disconcert God.

Never heckle at others

Some arrows

Boomerang on you.

You can make spikes and spears of words

But

If you can make florets of them

they shall cleanse and perfume

you and others alike.

Don’t expect your adventures on earth

Are sung in paeans by some minstrels;

If they have any life,

they last long on people’s tongues.  

Don’t waste the glorious day

for the sake of the unknown and unborn.

You can roll in festivities every day, or

You may worship the invisible if you like.

But you should break your heart free

Off the railings caging it

And

dunk it in the nectar of the flowers

I shall  tell you some more next time

And If you like

Read them aloud standing before your window.

Let us see

If the environment around people

Changes spreading some sweet aromas all over.

మోసపోకుండా నడిచే నేల కావాలి

 

ఎవరికీ చెప్పక పోయినా సరే
నీకు కొన్ని చెప్తాను

ఎవరినీ పూజించకు
దేవుడు కలవర పడతాడు

ఎవరినీ వెక్కిరించకు
కొన్ని బాణాలు
వెనక్కి తిరిగి తగుల్తాయి

మాటలతో శూలాలు తయారు చేయవచ్చు
కానీ
పూలు తయారు చేస్తే
నీకు ఇతరులకు కూడా
సౌరభమూ, నిర్మలత్వము

నువ్వు భూమి మీద చేసే విన్యాసాలను
ఎవరూ ప్రసారం చేయాలనుకోకు
వాటికి జీవం ఉంటె నాల్కల మీద బతుకుతాయి

ఎవరికోసమో
సూర్యుడి సమయాన్ని వృధా చేయకు

రోజూ పండగ చేసుకోవచ్చు
గాలిని కూడా పూజించు కోవచ్చు
నీ హృదయం చుట్టూ
చువ్వల్ని తొలగించు కోవాలి
కాకపోతే
పూల మకరందం లో ముంచుకోవాలి

మరోసారి ఇంకొన్ని చెప్తాను
నీకు నచ్చితే
నీ కిటికీ దగ్గర నిలబడి గట్టిగా చదువు

మనుషుల వాతావరణం లో
పరిశుభ్ర పరిమళం చేరుకుంటుందేమో
చూద్దాం.
