He rains fragrances of pleasures in spells

Giving a touch of music to his words

Arrests our attention making us his audience.

He is another creator of many exotic things

A Viswamitra• born into our family.

Whenever he thinks it meet

He creates a ravishing Heaven on a rainbow

And presents it to our hands,

Blossoms as joy himself.

He is a walking nursery now.

A chirping on flight.

Around that two-year-old boy

All of us run around

Like a bevy of herds and milkmaids of Repalle••

వాడొక నవ్వుల మాంత్రికుడు

వెన్నెలా బంగారమూ

పాలూ మందారమూ

తేనే ద్రాక్షా రసం చేసినట్టు

మధురసంగా నవ్వుతాడు

అందర్నీ వాడిచుట్టూ

రంగుల రాట్నంలా తిప్పుకుంటాడు

మాటల మంత్రదండాన్ని తిప్పి

సంతోషాల సుగంధాల్ని

జల్లులు జల్లులుగా కురిపిస్తాడు

మాటలకి సంగీతం నేర్పుతాడు

మమ్మల్ని శ్రోతల్నిచేసి కట్టేసుకుంటాడు

వాడొక బహువింతల సృష్టికర్త

మా యింట్లోవెలసిన విశ్వామిత్ర

అవసరం అనుకున్నప్పుడల్లా

అందాల స్వర్గాన్ని హరివిల్లుమీద పెట్టి

అరచేతికందిస్తాడు

ఆనందమై విరబూస్తాడు

వాడిప్పుడు నడుస్తున్న పూలతోట

కిలకిలరాగాలతో పరిగెత్తే పక్షిపాట

ఆ రెండేళ్ళబాలుడిచుట్టూ మేమంతా

రేపల్లె గోపగోపీ బృందంలా తిరుగుతున్నాం.
