the cloud they lost after it had rained out,
how nice would it be
if man could get back the dear ones he had lost!!

Just as the river
re-flowing through the forgotten furrows
how great it would look if
the present could be diverted into the
hollows of yesterday!!!
Though this is the cherished bank
reached with relish,
won’t have I given a taste of my childhood
to every moment
slipping with simmering discontent?
