సమస్తసృష్టికీ ఆధారభూతమైన ఓ సూర్యుడా!

భూమిమీద అన్ని వస్తువులమీదా కిరణాలు ప్రసరించు.

 

నేను మరీ గొంతెమ్మకోరిక కోరుకుంటున్నాననిపిస్తే

కనీసం నా దేశపు నేలమీద ప్రసరించు.

 

నీకు అదికూడా అత్యాశగా కనిపిస్తే,

సరే, ఎలాగోలా, నా మీదైనా ప్రసరించు !

Shine on everything on earth!

If that’s too much to demand
Shine at least on this our land

If even that’s too much for thee
