like the two detached gold discs hanging severally
to the thrice knotted sacred thread, sagging
under the weight of diverging lateral thoughts.
Like the light and darkness
lying like Siamese children
under the sheet of firmament,
we remain two perfectly sundered halves
when the yarns of necessities
fail to conjugate us double hard
Though we are pieces of the same cloth
We retain our identity intact
In the quilt of rags that Time mends.
Like the Longitudes and Latitudes
which notionally join a world
divided at its very natal hour,
Come; let us revolve round and round
Along with the earth, severally.
