అవి శిధిల దివ్య స్థలాలపై పారాడిన చిరుగాలి మోసుకొచ్చినా,

నిష్ప్రయోజనమే.

అమృతాశనముపై కాంక్షలేని వాని ప్రవచనం

అంతకంటే నిష్ఫలం.

భగవదేచ్ఛకులోబడని మన లొల్లాయిపదాలు,

ఊపిరితోపాటు పెదాలు దాటి వచ్చిన తక్షణమే

లయిస్తాయి.

మరణాన్ని చవిచూడనివారు

జీవితాన్ని చవిచూడలేరు.

విధివ్రాతకు కట్టుబడగలిగినవారుమాత్రమే,

సంకీర్తనను చెయ్యగలరు.
